1. How to order
 
If you are interested in purchasing our products, please complete your information online, contact us by phone or by e-mail. There are two ways for you to place your order.1.Order onlinePlease browse our website and see what your are interested in. You can see the main photo and all the details pictures of each item on our web pages. Inquiry online or send us your inquiry details directly by emal: goodantiques@gmail.com. We will get back to you with the quotation including pictures together with all the information of the products as soon as we can. Usually, we also send you your order list for your reference.2.Order in our factory and showroomYou are warmly welcome to visit our factory and showroom. You can choose from a large stock of Chinese antique funiture and the other antiques when you are in our factory.
   
     
2. About payment
 
We accept Telegraphic Bank Transfer (T/T) or cash, currency in USD, EUR, HKD and CNY. A non-refundable 30% of the total amount as deposit is required to confirm order. Balance is due upon the issuance of the Bill of Lading.
   
     
3. About packing
 
We offer the service of packing and container loading for free. We pack and handle loading all the items with great care. Chinese antique fueniture to be packed with foam corrugated paper, etc. in 2-3 layers. We usually don’t charge any fee on packing material if no crating needed.
   
     
4. About loading
 
Loading container:After finishing packing, we will do our best to load the container. In order to save space in your container, we try to put the smaller items into big cabinets or sideboards, and try to put the small pieces between the legs of tables. So when the container arrives, please take care in unloading. The workers should be gentle with the cargo as we are.
   
     
5. About shipping
 
1. container bookingWe take great care in shipping of your antique furniture. The ship using companies that we know well will do their utmost in ensuring the goods you purchased from us arrive at your place in good condition in which they left out our factory. Some of our customers work with their own shipping companies, please let us know your preferences and we will be glad to accommodate you.There are 3 different kind of containers according to their sizes.(1). 20’ container: a capacity of 29 cubic meters and measured by589cm(L)X235(W)X239(H)(2). 40’ container: a capacity of 60 cubic meters and measured by1203cm(L)X235(W)X239(H)(3). 40’ HC container: a capacity of 60 cubic meters and measured by1203cm(L)X235(W)X269(H)We book container for you according to your order. We will calculate and let you know how many cubic meters do you have when you finalize your orer. And then we will help you to book the proper container.2. shipping feeWe have signed contract with our shipping agent. They will offer our customers very good price together with professional service. But the price is different from season to season and it depands what kind of service would you like to have. Please provide us correlative information, such as destination, terms (door to port or door to door) and we will send back you the the most recently quotation from our shipping company in a short time.
   
     
6. About documents and charge
 
We export our products to most of countries with reasonable and competitive prices. Before shipping any antique furniture abroad, Export Permit is required by Chinese government. We need to help you to clear customs in China. The below documents are needed. Some of them are necessary.1.Bill of Lading (B/L)The B/L is the most important document. It’s necessary and the cost is included in the shipping cost. The contianer cannot be claimed without it.2.Commercial InvoiceThe Invoice contains the prices of each item, including item number, description and quantity. The total amonut of the goods will be also marked on the invoice. It’s necessary but we charge for free.3.Packing ListThe Packing List shows the compelet list of all the items which are loaded into the container. Usually, it contains package number, item number, description, quantity, etc. The total quantities and total packages are also marked on the packing list. It’s necessary but we charge for free.4.Fumigation and Fumigation CertificateThe Fumigation Certificate is not necessary for all the countries. Please let us know if you need it. Usually, 100USD needed to pay for fumigation. (20’/40’ /40’HC)5.Certificate of Chinese AntiqueThe Certificate of Chinese Antique certify that the furniture were made over 100 years ago. In some countries such Certificate of Chinese Antique can be used for inport-tax reduction. Please let us know if you need it. It’s not necessary but we charge for free when you need one.6.InsuranceIt’s not necessary. The cost depends on the kind of insurance requested and which is calculated according to the total value of the goods which is marked on the invoice.
